چکیده

I n t h i s p a p e r , w e d i s c u s s t h e e v o l u t i o n o f t h i s f r a m e w o r k o v e r t h e l a s t s i x y e a r s m o t i v a t e d b y i t s u s e i n a n u m b e r o f a p p l i c a t i o n s , i n c l u d i n g : i n f o r m a t i o n g a t h e r i n g a n d m a n a g e m e n t , i n t e l l i g e n t h o m e a u t o m a t i o n , c o o r d i n a t i o n o f c o n c u r r e n t e n g i n e e r i n g a c t i v i t i e s , d i s t r i b u t e d s i t u a t i o n a s s e s s m e n t , a n d h o s p i t a l s c h e d u l i n g .
